EPMG believes in physician wellness. We encourage ED shifts of 8-10 hours, and strings of shifts not to exceed four. ED schedules are created at each site independently, our scheduling software is online so that each clinician can make schedule requests well ahead of time and at their own convenience.
Many EPMG sites have night and holiday pay differentials.
