This system assures that EPMG physicians receive support and guidance if they become the target of a lawsuit. To ensure that the opportunity for a successful outcome is maximized and that physicians' defenses are vigorously pursued, EPMG owns and operates its own malpractice insurance carrier and retains the services of experienced defense attorneys. This service is only available to our physicians and mid-level providers.
As EPMG physicians own and manage their malpractice insurance company, every full-time equity owner physician has an equal share. In this way, all EPMG physicians financially benefit from excellent claims experience and state-of-the-art risk management.
