President & CEO, Board Member, Regional Director, Staff Physician
Dr. Norman Label serves as the Regional Director of the Sacramento/Central Valley Region. Dr. Label has served as president of Emergency Physicians Medical Group (EPMG) since 1998. Dr. Label served as a Flight Surgeon at both Yokota Air Force Base in Yokota, Japan and Udorn Royal Thai Air Force Base in Udorn, Thailand.
Dr. Label is a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians and Fellow of the American Academy of Emergency Medicine. He is a member of the Sacramento-El Dorado Medical Society and was President in 1998. He is a delegate to the California Medical Association House of Delegates.
Dr. Label is certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine and the American Board of Family Medicine. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He earned his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College of Philadelphia in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Label completed a Rotating Internship at the United States Air Force Medical Center Keesler at Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi, Mississippi.
