Lawrence Satkowiak MD

Dr. Lawrence Satkowiak is the Director of Pediatrics for EPMG. He is the current Director of the Emergency Department at Children’s Hospital of Central California. Dr. Satkowiak serves on the EPMG Board of Directors and also serves on the EMP Board of Directors. He is board certified in General Pediatrics and in the sub-board of Pediatric Emergency Medicine. He is a fellow in the American Academy of Pediatrics. He has been on the faculty of EPMG’s High Risk Emergency Medicine course for eight years.
Dr. Satkowiak earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. He earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo, Ohio. He completed a residency in General Pediatrics at Children’s Hospital of Michigan in Detroit, Michigan followed by a fellowship in Pediatric Emergency Medicine at Children’s Hospital Medical Center of Akron in Akron, Ohio.
