Partnership & Fairness. I strongly believe that you lead by example, and I would not ask anyone to do anything that I wouldn’t do myself. I believe my success has much to do with building meaningful relationships with EPMG partners and hospital nursing leadership.

What excites you most about the field of emergency medicine or future of healthcare? 
I believe there are great opportunities in the field of emergency medicine to have a profound impact on how we deliver healthcare in the future.
